'I had such a wonderful stay at Arthurs from the moment I arrived. It is so stylishly decorated and my room was so beautiful and comfortable. The highlight of my stay, though, was Jill. She gave me the loveliest welcome and instantly made me feel at home. She went out of her way to get me sorted for breakfast, and did it all with such genuine friendliness and kindness. 'The room was spotless and had everything that I needed. The lady doing breakfast couldn't be more helpful. She was really lovely and accommodated my strange appetite splendidly. There was noise at night but that's totally to be expected , as the rooms are above the pub, and wasn't excessive . No complaints at all.'
