Flats in Interlochen

'At first glance, the rental appeared clean and updated, but that quickly changed. The floors were quite dirty, with visible salt stains and debris. After sweeping, it was clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. I also noticed loose cupboard hinges. The bathroom had more serious issues. The handle on the glass shower door was not securely attached, which felt like a safety hazard. Additionally, neither bathroom outlet worked, and I was unable to find or reset a breaker. 'Fantastic property in a great location by downtown. Extremely clean and cozy.'

'The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utinsels, and basic spices. Adequate supply of paper products. Excellent communication, and check in/out instructions. Very conveniently located to the Munson Medical Campus, and only a few blocks to the Grand Traverse Commons and downtown. Only negative, Parking is tight, larger vehicles will have difficulty getting into their assigned parking spot.'

'Condo was very clean and in a convenient location. Sometimes loud with sounds outside and from the hall. Condo had a weird smell, maybe from neighbors cooking? Since it is pet friendly, there was a lot of dog hair on the couch and chair in the living room. If you're very allergic to dogs, might not be the best place to stay. There's a recycling dumpster outside next to the trash, but nowhere to store recycling inside the condo, so that might be something the host considers adding in the future....

'This was our second visit Nicely appointed 1 bedroom with laundry in the apartment, as well as a kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Traverse City. We enjoy staying here much more than a hotel. Hosts were helpful at our earlier visit, we didn't need anything this time, but responded quickly when I informed them we were checked out! We will likely be back next year.'

'This was my 2nd time staying at this property. It was as great as the first time. This time I took different friends and they loved it as much as I did. The shops and restaurants are just downstairs along with the tour check in. We had a great time sitting and relaxing on the large balcony. There is everything you will need for a great stay in the condo. I will be staying here again and I would recommend it to anyone. '

'If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Traverse City this condo will not disappoint! It is clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable as was all of the furniture. We loved the floorplan as it offered a spacious feeling that never felt crowded. The kitchen was well-appointed with appliances and tools to make breakfast, or even a small meal! We look forward to a return visit!'

'We love staying in Village at Grand Traverse Commons. The restaurants nearby are excellent. This is the first time at this particular apartment, and we thought it was perfect. Can't think of any improvements at all!'
