« Very cute, clean and comfortable spot! The host has all the necessities, the decor is simple but totally perfect for the spot. The in person looks just like the photos. There was a minor hiccup that the host was quick to respond to. Just know, if you stay here, you are in the country! Dirt driveways and pathways. If you’re visiting during the winter, be sure to bring good shoes to walk around outside. I would definitely stay again. »

« The apartment was very basic, lacked a homey feel. For example, host could provide coffee. One bedroom, the quiet one, could use a night table and a lamp. The other room was hard to sleep in as the neighbors were very loud. The floor looked clean, but it wasn't the bottom of my feet were brown after walking barefoot. Paper towels and real glasses (not plastic) would be appreciated. »

« My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes. AC worked wonderfully. The stay was super pleasant and quiet at night. Decor inside is pleasant, modern with some 70 cool vibes....
