'The staff at the Cassia are amazing! They are so sweet, professional and helpful. Every single person there went above and beyond to ensure we had a good holiday. Everyone were smiling, engaging, helpful and amazing. The room was fine, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were great with good options of activities for a family. The breakfast was amazing and again with super staff. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. '

'The one-bedroom we were given free upgrade to was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the location was great, right next to Grand Batam Mall. The spread at breakfast was good - though not everything was tasty. But enough variety to pick and choose a hearty breakfast. Will definitely stay again if I am coming to this part of Batam again.'

Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in.
