'Stayed in a suite room. Staff were courteous and location is walking distance to Nagoya shopping mall. Shortfall was lack of hand soap at the basin. None at the kitchen and the other toilet. Also TV remote control had difficulty in pressing, and no YouTube. Time to upgrade. Will be staying again from 31 Dec - 4 Jan. Hope to see improvement. Overall still better value vs homestay for the price paid.'

'There is a very chill rooftop bar but they can get a little pricey. Location of hotel is at walkable distance to Nagoya Hill Mall (5-10mins).'

'The hotel is still under construction. Overall it was still a pleasant stay as we are doing our shopping during the construction hours. It will be a quiet area without the construction. '

'The hotel is located in an area where it doesn't feel touristy. Good to walk and explore the street markets, pubs and eateries, which are all within walking distance. Not far from harbor bay ferry terminal. Hotel interior is very clean and comfortable. '

'cheap, that's all. elevator not working. rooms are not cleaned every day, even if people ask. cigarette butts are left in place for 4 days. upon arrival they only spoke Indonesian. room where one can smoke, but no window.'

'Great service from the team (dining, front desk, conceirge and housekeeping). Many eateries and 2 x convenience stores. Breakfast variety acceptable with nice coffee. Would be great if provided with liquid hand wash instead of soap. Agree with most comments regarding the elevator which does takes some time especially during breakfast time. Not sure about the 3mins walk to the mall as it seems quite a distance to us especially we noticed many cars.... we decided to take a taxi instead for safety...

'The room is decent size but a bit dated. Staff are friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was great with good variety. Service was good and omelette is readily available. Good location as near by to the great malls. '
