« We stayed two weeks.The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning. All appliances - small and large need upgraded along with pots and pans.Three levels to the house. Main floor is the second floor and the stairway is narrow and very steep.We had luggage and had a very difficult time getting our luggage up to the main floor.Cleaning service was once a week and did not do a very good job. Due to the location of the house, balconies needed to be cleaned thoroughly and they were not.Also be aware that...

« We enjoyed Las Palmas 8. The property manager Luisa and concierge Samantha were very helpful. Reservations were made prior to our arrival and the grocery list we submitted ensured we were very well stocked. Had access to two golf carts. House was very conveniently located and all rooms were comfortable. Master suite was spacious and had a very nice sundeck and both an inside and outside shower. VIP access to beach clubs provided. « my group consisted of one senior citizen, 2 in their forties and 2 young adults...Sayulita was a good fit for everyone...and the trip was certainly enhanced by a stay at Casa Lupita...the air cons worked well and there was plenty of drinking water and the affordable golf cart available on site was great...it tied everything together...Sayulita does have hills...the garden was lush and we all enjoyed sitting outside into the night... »
