'Management went above and beyond expectation. Had a couple of small problems with the room and they upgraded me for the rest of my stay. They checked in to make sure everything was okay. Shops and cafes are in walking distance. Couldn’t ask for a better location.'

'Ruim appartement. De bovenste appartementen hebben zelfs uitzicht op zee. De ramen naar het balkon kunnen helemaal open. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. 2 minuten lopen vanaf het strand. Zeker hier verblijven als je in Whitianga bent!'

'Clean and tidy. I accidentally booked the wrong date upon arrival they helped and checked us in in their sister property which was just few minutes down the road , it was very nice and clean . Would highly recommend .'

'Handig gelegen, dicht bij winkels en restaurants. Gratis parkeren. Leuke modern ingerichte kamer. Eenvoudig, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg behulpzaam personeel. Enige minpuntje was erg zwak WiFi signaal en overbelasting van het netwerk waardoor de verbinding erg slecht was.'

'Lovely hosts and super clean! Yes, it's an older motel, but it was so clean and serviced daily. Really easy to find and access from a busy road, had convenient parking outside the room, and it was surprisingly quiet considering its location! Felt really safe as a woman staying on my own and the private thermal pool was a lovely treat too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!'
