'Fantastic place, charming, quiet, Terry a great host/owner; beautiful location 2.5 km walk to downtown Tairua but pitch dark at night, glad I had a reflector vest Basics in place for cooking, TV has Netflix, prime and good channels. Water across the street, complimentary kayaks and shovels for hot beach ( but I was late getting there) Great base to take off in day trips Definitely my go to should I ever return.'

'Big shout out to amazing owners and the cleaners motel was so beautiful spotless it was so easy for us to do things where the shopping center is close by also since been staying there I was easy to go to the hospital to see a family member that not here with us Thankyou we will be coming back for another time '

'Beautiful beach huts, in a stunning quiet bay. Kiera was a fantastic host, providing water, milk and freshly picked bananas! Kayaks and SUPs available. Beach houses are mostly well equipped. I'd recommend either visitors to bring or property to provide: large black bin bags, as all rubbish must be taken off the island with you, towels (no hand towels in property) and same with soap/shower gel. Was a lovely stay and would definitely go again! '

'Handig gelegen, dicht bij winkels en restaurants. Gratis parkeren. Leuke modern ingerichte kamer. Eenvoudig, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg behulpzaam personeel. Enige minpuntje was erg zwak WiFi signaal en overbelasting van het netwerk waardoor de verbinding erg slecht was.'
