'First time trying this style rental and I’m absolutely happy with the decision. The host was very accommodating and available to answer questions I had plenty of local information on hand to do things very family-friendly fun. '

'Property has lots of character and charm. We enjoyed the infinity pool, kayaking, crabbing from the dock and daily walks. The property is in a fairly remote location but we found that to be a plus. It was a great place to decompress and enjoy nature. The property owner was very responsive at booking and check-in. The only downsides to the property for us were that you had to walk through one bedroom to get the other bedroom and the WIFI was slow. Outside of that we really enjoyed our stay. '

'We had a fantastic stay at this property. It is one of the most well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared rentals we’ve ever experienced. All you really need to bring are your clothes.The main house had a comfortable, welcoming vibe and was stocked with everything we needed. 'The bay is directly in the backyard where you can see the sun set each evening from the house. There is a small beach that is sandy during low tide. If you want to wade in the bay, wear water shoes because there is glass that washes in from the bay. Mosquitoes are a problem, but it isn't just here. That's just the Eastern Shore in summer. If it is windy they aren't too bad if you use bug spray. But we didn't spend much time outside and didn't use the fire pit area, although it looked lovely.The...

'Our stay in Reedville was very relaxing. Our guests ranged in age from 16 months to 84 years old. The littlest were delighted with the beach and the water was perfect for wading. They also enjoyed all of the swings and hammocks and the local wildlife. The older kids (teens) had a great time swimming and kayaking. We caught some crabs and fish.
