Motels à Île Stradbroke-Nord

« Planned to stay here as I would be bedridden from private hospital up the road. While the room itself was tidy It was not clean. Amenities were not usable. When asking staff outside if they could help they told us to go see front desk. Went to front desk and they said they'd talk to the owners and then call me with a solution. Nobody called. I emailed. Nobody responded. No form of contact whatsoever. 100% wanting some form of refund from this establishment if they ever decide to contact me...

« I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well looked after, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were so helpful and really made us feel welcome. I'd highly recommend staying here, especially for families, as they're very accommodating and make you feel right at home.
