Everyone was very courteous… I had to leave my luggage for several hours after we checked out while we attended a graduation ceremony and the manager had no problem. It was comfortable. Room was not perfect but very acceptable and having the mini suite was very nice for space. The breakfast was good with only one issue that should be looked at.
