'Enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. It’s right by the beach. Not too far from Destin. Management company was on point. There was a mixup with chair service but a quick call and it was corrected. No written instructions for WiFi or anything and not even one coffee filter to get us through the first morning — all seemed low level for this rental price point. The exterior is inhospitable and knowing we’d be on the 3rd floor without an elevator for luggage was a surprise. And the serious warnings in the contract felt as if I needed legal advice. This condo is a corner cutting business first— so don’t expect any warmth or welcome packet.'
