'THE REASON I WENT WAS FOR RELAXATION, AND THIS PLACE WAS GREAT. THE BEACH AND THE POOL WERE GREAT, WITH THE TIKI BAR BY THE POOL. EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND THE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT INSIDE THE HOTEL WAS AWESOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.'

'Our room wasn’t very clean and I noticed stains on towels as well as the pillows. They charge you 250 as soon as you arrive for a cleaning service fee for those that smoke or vape in rooms.. very annoying. Have to add up the parking fee yourself because it is not added when you book on Expedia which is 15 per day.. also annoying. So in the end you will be charged more than you expected for the stay. Room does not include a blow dryer so be sure to bring one. Everything else about the resort was...

'We had a great time at the Hilton Pensacola beach! The hotel was a little dated but we loved the balcony and the room was spacious(floors were a bit dirty) ice maker didn't work on our floor but no big deal, staff was nice and had ample parking! Close to all the good restaurants and shopping! Over all it was a nice stay'

'Place was clean and in a perfect location. The lack of communication was a big star removal from my review. The hotel puts a $450 hold on your card- “they did not discuss this detail while checking In”. $200 for incidentals then $250 for possible room charges- which each day if you have a car on the property you will be charged $25 a night! Another lack of communication being told. The cleaners were outstanding and loved the room & view. The breakfast was ok- could have had a better selection...

'Room was very nice , clean as expected. We’ve stayed at this resort in the past and had a good experience. Everything was good, except the food and drinks are extremely overpriced. I would also like to add that the staff near and around the pool and bar area should work on their mannerisms, quite rude . If I’m spending almost $5000.00 for a stay at your resort, I expect to be treated like royalty. I was treated very well our previous stay , I just don’t feel like I , (we) , were treated the same...
