'The beach wagon and mat was a wonderful bonus and came in so handy. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Everything worked as it should, was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Andy D's for breakfast. Hands down, the BEST pancakes I have ever had.'

'The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed.
