'They didnt have breakfast for us which I thought it was included! The room was ok. It was the air conditioner that had a terrible noise. It sounded like a plane was taking off or landing. They had only 2 luggage carts!!! Unbelievable I purchased insurance as well, can I get any money back? Charged us $16 to park in a handicap spot. We should be compensated for this hotel.'
