The views of the water, woods, and wildlife were peaceful and relaxing, we especially enjoyed them from the patio deck and while relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The host was communicative and accommodating to our needs. »

« Comfortable lodging, well maintained. Easy access with keypad. Minimal "rules". Well stocked with essentials, e.g. towels, pillows, etc. One suggestion: Steps to primary entrance really need a hand rail. »

« This is our favorite East Coast vacation spot. Johanna is the consummate hostess and it is a delight to be greeted with her warmth and hospitality. The bungalows are so comfortable, and well stocked with everything needed for cooking and bathing. We will look forward to a return trip early fall. It’s a slice of paradise and an easy few minutes’ walk to the ocean. Five stars are not enough. Five plus!!! »

« Unfortunately, this was one of the most stressful vacation rental experiences we have had, and we have rented through VRBO many times.We arrived at 5:00 with a group of seven and did not have the code or instructions needed to enter the house. I had sent messages through VRBO and received no response. Thankfully, the owner eventually got back to me with the code, but standing there with seven people and not knowing whether we would even be able to get into the house was an incredibly stressful...
