'The New Seabury resort is beautiful & has excellent customer service. The 4/5 stars is because the unit we stayed in needs some updating. However, the layout, cleanliness, & location is good.'

'Although the location was superb, the property fell short for what we paid per nights stay. It certainly felt smaller than the photographs. The noise level from the road was excessive throughout the day and especially early morning. Thin walls or ceiling meant we heard every neighbor movement. A huge shower with the smallest shower head was not good, coupled with only being given hand towels and no bath towels to dry ourselves. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean, decorately beautifully, and had everything we needed. The bottle of wine and snacks made for a nice welcome. The location and gorgeous view were beyond measure and the deck and yard are set up perfectly for watching the sunrise and relaxing by the bay. The owners are on site but that was not an issue because the space is very private. Highly recommend!'

'We had a great time at the Starfish suite. Clean, well-equipped, and great communication from the host. Steps to a gorgeous and not too crowded beach. We had a great couple of beach days. The building itself is not new and can definitely hear your neighbors, but everyone was kind and respectful. We had a great time.'

The views of the water, woods, and wildlife were peaceful and relaxing, we especially enjoyed them from the patio deck and while relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The host was communicative and accommodating to our needs.'

'Sunsets were particularly beautiful at this home. The kitchen was well appointed. We had some struggles with the TV, but eventually figured it out. The location was good for access to Falmouth. The slope was of the driveway was a bit tricky and perhaps our only complaint. All in all, a very nice experience. Thank You.'
