« Peacefull right in the forest »

« Everything about this house and location was perfect! The hosts attention to detail was impeccable, from the fresh flowers to the candy bars for each girl. They made us feel right at home. My favorite part was that it was SUPER clean, always so important. It was the best Vrbo experience that we've ever had and we're definitely planning to come back! »

« Indoor pool was great for the kids and teenagers. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate the whole family. Great family vacation. »

« The property and house were well laid out and clean. Perfect for 3 couples easily and great AC (July). A little disconnect between VRBO and owner on check in details but that was easily resolved with direct contact to me from the owner of the property. Highly recommend! »

« Everything was great for this rental! Ample instructions and what was included with the rental on anything you can think of with the house, including check-in and check-out instructions. We loved the use of the kayaks and were out on the back deck all the time, enjoying the beautiful scenery. Would absolutely stay here again, highly recommned! »

« I can’t get over how wonderful this stay truly was. Mark and Shelly are such nice people and had such a cute friendly dog! The lake access was absolutely perfect and the water was very nice. The house was so cute and clean, made perfect for a couples vacation. We will be coming back again!! »

« If you are looking for a remote SUPER QUIET, PEACEFUL, OUT OF THE WAY, COMFORTABLE place to stay (with the amenities of home). This is it. Within close proximity to restaurants, grocery store, the lake, shopping, etc...The view is specular. You can actually hear yourself breath. That is how quiet this place is. Just bring your bug spray and flashlight if you have a desire to walk outside at night. The owners provide all that you can think that you would need (in abundance). If you want to...

« Great home and a beautiful lake made for a great stay for us and our teenagers. The beach club access was another big plus, with activities for all ages. »

The chalkboard greeting with our family name, fresh flowers in the sun porch, homemade cookies (which my boys devoured), and even a fresh bowl of water for our dog were such thoughtful touches. « We couldn’t have asked for anything more for a lake vacation - camp Westwood was the perfect getaway! The house is charming, well decorated, and spotless. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have AC to cool the bedrooms on the hotter days. The grounds are beautiful. We loved the wandering ducks, and saw eagles, loons, and lots of other birds. There is good privacy from the neighboring homes and we were surprised at how quiet the lake was during the week.
