'Het uitzicht was uniek. Zicht op de haven en de toren van Auckland. Een zeer mooie kamer, zoals de foto bij boeking. Goede bedden en goede kwaliteit lakens.
Service van al het personeel: uitstekend, zoals je het bij een 5 sterrenhotel verwacht.
Minpuntje: de deur van de gemeenschappelijke stoomkamer sleepte over de vloer bij het openen en sluiten. Storend wanneer je zit te relaxen en genieten.

'We had an amazing stay at the Grand Millenium. It was a little treat at the end of a four week camping trip. The room was spotless with comfortable beds and quick room services. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and a drink in two of the bars. All the staff were really helpful and attentive. We could not fault our stay. '

'Excellent service and a very nice hotel. The staff was great throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Alex, the front desk agent who assisted us with check-in. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and offered us an upgraded room with more space.
Ivan, who served us at the restaurant, was also exceptional—very attentive and professional, with excellent customer service skills.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience.'
