Kastelen in Nuns' Island

'Right in the heart of Montreal. I came for a funeral of my dear friend, and the staff were so kind and sensitive to my needs. Bless them.'

'Great location. Nice and clean. The only odd thing is that the washroom is not fully enclosed. There is an opening at the top of the wall, so it is partially open to the bedroom.'

'Stayed for two nights to explore Montreal. Everything is in walking distance or you can easily get on the bus or metro. Room was clean and comfortable beds. We received parking as part of the Gold status which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is becoming a rarity these days. Would recommend this hotel. '

'The was free wifi and free breakfast but the tv just had tv channels that did not work.'

'when we arrived they could not find our reservation - that was unfortunate as we travelled for more than 8 hrs and it took half an hour before they offered us a room anyway . We were offered a cookie and water bottles as well . at breakfast it was very crowded and half of buffet was empty ( croissants / ...) you contantly had to ask for it and often it was not available anymore '
