« Terrible experience. Bathroom, sofa headboards in both rooms were filthy. Around the base of the toilet was especially filthy with a black buildup and urine stains. The sink also had a build up of black gunk. This created a terrible smell. The headboards were terribly stained. The sheets didn't fit the bed. I reached out to the property via the app and email They apologized for the "inconvenience." I responded that the conditions were a health hazard and a breeding ground for bacteria and virus....
