'Terrible experience. Bathroom, sofa headboards in both rooms were filthy. Around the base of the toilet was especially filthy with a black buildup and urine stains. The sink also had a build up of black gunk. This created a terrible smell. The headboards were terribly stained. The sheets didn't fit the bed. I reached out to the property via the app and email They apologized for the "inconvenience." I responded that the conditions were a health hazard and a breeding ground for bacteria and virus....

' Adam was a great host. His place was cozy, clean, and very comfortable—the beds in particular were excellent. He was also very responsive, replying within minutes whenever we had questions. The property is located in a gated community, which made us feel safe at all times of the day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; Daniel’s Pizza and the bakery across the street quickly became our go-to spots.'
