It’s a guest house and not a hotel so there’s no staff onsite but the host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. '

'We only stayed in the room for one night as it was our last night in PR and closer to the airport for an early flight so it met our needs as a group of four traveling. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also very large and the shower has two shower heads! There is no refrigerator in the room, but there is a community kitchen which was right next door to our room.
