The pools were clean and big, the kids loved both pools and the hottubs upstairs are hot, so it was nice to use them in the evenings with a beautiful view. 'Balu Hotel was amazing for our family! We live on the island and wanted to do a staycation for our daughter's birthday. We really appreciated the staff being so kind and welcoming. Loved that our dogs were allowed the rooms allowed easy access for them to go outside. The pool was great - our daughter couldn't get enough of it.
