Villa's in Anacapa Island

'Very quiet place. The good restaurants are to be found downtown Ventura. Although the hotel is nice and quiet, the breakfast is way too overrated. It is a simple breakfast without possibility to order eggs or anything else. Even the toast machines are simple household toasters The plates are disposables like the plastic cutlery. In a Hilton hotel we expect at least metal silverware and decent plates and cups. '

'Rooms are very spacious. Staff was kind and attentive. The property itself is fine. If you’re accustomed to an elevated boutique hotel experience, this will probably fall short. If you’re traveling with kids/family, you’ll be pretty happy. Breakfast was underwhelming and $120 for 2 people. Avocado toast was essentially store bought guacamole. Not terrible, but not “avocado”. Little details matter. I won’t return but had a pleasant stay.'

'25 min walk to harbor shops and restaurants; flat safe area for biking. Hotel has a few bikes to rent. Pool good size but the jacuzzi is under an enclosed dome, and the air was stifling (very hot day tho). Room spacious. Even had free cookies and hot popcorn in the afternoon. Free coffee in the restaurant and lobby (for breakfast). Was very quiet/empty when there mid August (which was nice). Ample parking @ $12/day. Close to freeway and downtown Ventura.'

'The room is outdated. Bugs present in the room. Possibly some mold. They tried to charge me $5.00 for 1 set of key as a deposit if you lose it.'

'Bijzonder vriendelijke ontvangst, kregen ongevraagd een upgrade. Ruime kamer, voorzien van koelkast en keuken. Goede locatie, niet te dicht bij de snelweg.'
