« The house was absolutely freezing when we arrived, downstairs bedrooms smelled of damp. It took hours for the house to warm up and the kitchen and front downstairs bedroom didn’t ever warm up. The heating should have been set to come on so that it was warm before our expected arrival.There are draughts coming in around the windows in the kitchen, you can’t be in this room without the log burner on, Cold air comes down the fireplace in bedroom 1 which has a sheet stuffed up it to no effect, it...

"J'ai grandement apprécié ce séjour. L'hôtel était propre, bien situé, ma chambre semblait rénovée. Et la cerise sur le gâteau : le staff tellement chaleureux. Merci encore 🙏"

"Attention :si des éléments disparaissent dans votre chambre, inutile de vous plaindre à la direction car on vous répond que cela disparait par magie... Constat fait lors du passage du personnel de chambre... La manager est désagréable et vous répond que ce n'est pas possible. De plus, nous avions réservés 1 nuitée de plus. La nuit a été annulé par magie certainement car le lendemain matin on nous annonce : "chambre indisponible". Biensur aucun mail d'annulation et aucune excuse... On nous propose de réserver 2 chambres... Bref nous sommes venus plusieurs fois, c'est bien la dernière"

"Hôtel vétuste mais bien situé, la zone n’est pas assez exploitée d’ailleurs. Le gazon synthétique a lavant de l’hôtel est une faute de goût surtout au UK. L’hôtel est vieillot, pas au niveau de sa catégorie. Nous avons par contre très bien mangé au Cost Restautant mais mêmes les olives et le pain sont payant, encore une faute de goût…dommage."

"Nous étions très satisfait de la chambre, le confort était au rendez-vous. La vue était imprenable sur la jetée d'Eastbourne, cela a rendu notre expérience géniale pour notre week-end. En revanche, la chambre sentait fort l'humidité, le pommeau de douche était cassé et la moquette n'était pas vraiment propre. L'expérience pour 1 nuit était quand même satisfaisante."
