'Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!!'

'This hotel is rundown, poorly maintained and dirty. The first room they put in had a hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor and on the sheets. There was food on the floor, a broken lamp in the corner and a blind that wouldn’t go up. Not to mention the smell- terrible! It was obvious the cleaning staff just made the bed and didn’t change the sheets. They moved us to a new room, which was cleaner but still smelled awful and had a poorly functioning AC unit. 'Our room had roaches!!! Found them crawling on the walls, in bathroom, running across furniture. We reported situation to front desk and was told that it was the last available room. We told him that there was no way we were staying another minute in that room and he offered a refund which I’m waiting to receive! 'I was very disappointed in the shape of this motel. I chose it since it was the closest to my destination. Based on the reviews, I thought I would give it a try. The clerk said that he was giving us a newly remodeled room, so I was quite hopeful that it would be our new hotel used for our visits to Comstock Park. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub for my kids and upon arrival the hot tub was down and under maintenance for an undetermined amount of time. 'Location is great. Easy to downtown and also John Ball Zoo. Staff, (shout out for Tina) but all very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet but the bed was not comfortable. Starbucks was a short walk.'

'Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!'
