Villa's in Huntington Beach

'I am hesitant to write such a positive review because I do not want this place to be booked every weekend for the year. We will definitely come back as we could not be happier with the location, cleanliness, and quick response time of the management company.Steps to the beach and main beach was within a few minute walk. Grocery store across the street and the taco stand, which is amazing, is 30 yards away.'

'The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience. 'The location is amazing, the view is incredible. The only reason we did not give a full 5 stars is the property is a little run down. The HVAC did not work but they had mobile window AC units in each room, there is a hole in the primary ceiling, and it lacks general property maintenance (ie: exterior paint, rusty stair rail ect.) All this aside we would stay again because of the location and view. '

'We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. That said, sadly, the property seemed very worn down this time. 'Stunning location and balcony. Can't find a better view than the one from this villa. This was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Nice that there was also A/C, a fireplace, and good wifi.'

'The location is in the prefect area of Laguna Beach. We did not use our car. We could walk to park shops and restaurants easily. The ocean views look even better in person compared to the pictures. Look forward to staying here again. '

The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit. 'Great view. A little elevated from the ocean. Good amount of stairs down to the beach. Clean unit, but a bit dated.'

'The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot.'
