Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. « All the facilities are extremely outdated and need significant updating. The online pictures were not representative of the quality of the rooms and in my opinion misleading. I experienced rotes wood on door and windows, stained tub, blocked and rusted out walkways, poorly maintained parking lots and overall outdated conditions. I would not recommend a stay at this facility. »

« Our cabin was newly renovated very up to date and modern we were highly impressed. Water view. It was peaceful. Loved the bar restaurant seating area next to the pool. « Everything was just as described. We were in town for an event, and Becky at the Front Desk offered to get us on the available shuttle. The breakfast was grab-n-go, which was just fine as we had to scoot early. The room was extremely clean, the AC worked perfectly, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated that the establishment requested quiet after 10 p.m. The only challenge was no channel guide. If that's the only complaint, we would say that's a tiny, non-existent...

The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room.
