'We had a two night stay here for our anniversary. Cannot fault anything. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was a great experience lots of choices from cold and hot options. Lovely garden to sit and relax.
Had a lovely walk along the canal.
Overall a great experience. '

'We had a lovely stay. Andrew was a great host and showed us everything we needed. The bar was humming and our dinner was fabulous.
We had a great nights sleep. The renovated bathroom was excellent and had a nice big shower. Room 2 was lovely overall.
Breakfast in the morning was excellent..
Overall we had a lovely overnight stay at the Cricketers Inn and would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area. '

'Beautiful 18th Century pub in quiet village location. Taken to room, lovely decor, big bed, bathroom was a little tired. Shower had no hot water when I tried at 4.30pm, thankfully had some the following morning. Had a wonderful night sleep, a shame some kind of breakfast is not included in the price. Welcoming staff and lovely locals. Would I stay again, yes. '
