« very clean and quiet place to stay »

« We had the BEST stay at the "Blue Hawaii". My first Girls' Trip with family & friends. There were twelve of us and the house was big enough for all; plenty of room inside and outside to relax and converse. The beds were comfortable for sleep; home was clean inside and outdoors. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee/ tea and chilling by our private pool with chilled wine during the evening sunsets - God's paradise indeed. 5 plus stars rating for sure. « We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is spacious, very clean and well decorated as well as well furnished. The deck and lanai are great. They even provided snorkeling gear and beach umbrellas that we enjoyed a lot ! Sara was very responsive as well. Definitely recommend staying here ! »

« Very nice place to stay. Beautiful sunsets and view from the Lanais. Close to Kailua Kona. Great place to relax and cool down after long days at the beach. Beds are comfortable and clean. Beach equipment and a washer and dryer were helpful. Would definitely stay here again. »

« My husband and 2 kids (ages 8 & 5) who live in Australia met up with my sister and cousins (who each had an infant) from the East Coast USA and stayed in this house together for a week. It was magical. The house was so well equipped for us, including lots of useful baby gear, beach toys, pool floaties, snorkel gear and more. « We had an amazing stay at this property. Exceeded our expectations from the pictures online. We loved being able to hang out in the several lounging spots at the house, being able to walk the beach and tidepools directly in front of the home and easily walk to town. We didn't feel like we needed to leave the property it was so great. Mei, the property manager helped us immediately and gave recommendations. We would absolutely book again. »

« We enjoyed our stay, the codo had everything we needed. The TV streaming was very spotty, or it could be that we are to old to know how to work the streaming process. The weather was iffy, but we did'nt let that bother us, regretfully we never made it to the pool. One thing I would add to the items in the condo, is some Kleenex. »

« The townhome was as described in the photos. Amazing sunsets and views of the golf course. The owners were very responsive and communicated via text to see if everything was ok. There is lots to do in the area. We went night snorkeling with the manta rays, watched sunset and stargazed at the top of Mauna Kea and golfed at the Waikoloa beach golf course. The pool area is great and the beach is close by. Everything was great - I would recommend the townhome to family and friends. »

« We stayed for 4 nights in Waikoloa Village on the "Sunset house". It was very confortable with everything needed to enjoy our stay: cookware, many beach chairs, boogie boards and even a beach umbrella. The beds were confortable and the house was clean. Note that there are feral cats that live in the backyard and they would sit or sleep on the patio fourniture when we were away. »

« The townhouse was beautifully appointed, and had everything we need needed, including condiments. The owner was very responsive when we had a small bathroom issue. We would stay here again. »

« We enjoyed 4 nights in this condo. The condo was clean and neat, with lots of room for our 4 person group. The balcony had a great view of the water. It was a great base from which to explore the Waimea area and the Northwest coast. It was driving, not walking, distance to restaurants and other touristy activities. The Managers were very good and helpful and friendly. »

« I took my adult kids to Kona. The house was beautiful and you could listen to the waves crash on the rocks at night. Such a clean and cozy place. Excellent view for those fabulous sunsets. We did get a glimpse of the local turtle and lots of brightly colored fish right from the balcony. We snorkeled right down the street and were not disappointed, tons of fish and so many colors!!! I was worried that with all the people snorkeling there it would scare all the fish away… not, not at all. Parrot...

« Great location, great house. Access to Beach Club with a ton of equipment, quality bikes, etc., to make it effortless - we didn't have to rent or buy anything. One of best vacations our now-adult family has had. Owner responds quickly to all questions. »

« For my son‘s 21st birthday he said he wanted to stay away from the downtown crowds. I found this location, he was ecstatic. The place is immaculate outside, and the accommodations were great. The place is minutes from downtown, and an easy drive. There was fresh fruit and a nice welcome basket left for us. There is plenty of kitchen supplies.
