Summary:

Your own private unit with a separate entrance on the lower level of a Kailua-Kona home, about a 5 minute walk to Magic Sands Beach.



Queen bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, wifi and a kitchenette. Free parking out front, a BBQ grill you're welcome to use, and a back deck looking onto the garden.



The Space:

Unit A sleeps 2 and is one of three units on the lower level of the house.



- Bedroom: queen bed

- Bathroom: private, with a walk-in shower and essentials provided

- Living area: sofa, TV and a dining table

- Kitchenette: mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is no full kitchen, so it suits light meals

- Comfort: air conditioning, ceiling fans and wifi

- Outside: back deck with chairs, steps down to the garden, and a BBQ grill at the side of the house

- Beach towels and chairs are there for your trips to the beach



Guest Access:

Your own entrance at the side of the house. You also have use of the laundry area, the back deck and yard, the BBQ grill and free parking in front of the house.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet residential neighborhood, about a 5 minute walk to Magic Sands Beach. Downtown Kailua-Kona, with its restaurants and shops, is a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A rental car is the easiest way to explore the island. There is also a bus into town.
