'Most casino staff were very helpful, but it was very difficult to get items delivered to the room. So if you use Instacart or Uber Eats be prepared to trek across the resort to get your stuff. They are not accommodating to late check out requests unless you’re a gambler. I’m a Unity member and stay at HRH properties often, but that’s not enough. We stayed twice in one week. Once at guitar hotel and once on casino side. Casino side room had a really nice bathtub, but guitar side did not. '

'The stay was great very peaceful and convenient. The interior was nice and most of all the host was very accommodating and welcoming. Excellent communication.
I loved the appliances. The 2 tvs were great and the bed comfortable and the bathroom shower was spacious.
