We welcome dogs! Pet fee automatically added to your total when added to your guest count. Surf City is dog-friendly, with pups allowed on beaches and outdoor dining areas. Pet fee is automatically included when you add pets to the reservation.

📄 Rental Agreement Required

A signed rental agreement must be returned within 48 hours of booking to secure your stay.

✅ Sand rinse required before entering home & do not go on dunes (town law)

📄 Rental Agreement Required

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This is a North Carolina vacation rental, and the agreement is required by the NC Vacation Rental Act (Chapter 42A). We’ll send it to you to sign after you book, and the full terms will also be in your Airbnb message thread.



Here’s what it covers so you have it up front:

• The property address, your guest and pet count, and the total fees for your stay

• Check-in and check-out times

• The house rules, including no smoking or vaping and no parties

• The cancellation policy

• Your responsibilities as a guest, the maximum occupancy, and the grounds for ending a stay early

• Waivers for the use of any amenities

• Standard legal disclaimers and North Carolina rental-law compliance



Note: Twin Landings consists of two separate 4-bedroom oceanfront homes. Twin B is on the right; when booked together with Twin A, the top decks connect for large groups, while maintaining private decks and beach access when rented individually.
