'Place was clean and right on the beach. It is a little dated but well equipped, the host were very responsive and I would stay there again.'

'Nice condo in a great city. Views of the water out the back, plenty of room for our family of 7 with 3 being children. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Surf City. It was also very nice that they had beach chairs, a cart, and a cooler available to use for our beach day. Highly recommend.'

'Great beach house right on the water. The layout was nice and the location was great. Exactly what you need for a relaxing beach vacation.The only downside to the house is that the kitchen is not very well supplied. If you have more than a few people, you will need paper plates...Otherwise everything was great. '

'We had a wonderful experience, and the location couldn’t be better: across the street from a beach access and a 3 minute walk to shops. A greatt playground was only a 15 minute walk with kids. The house was well stocked, including beach toys, chairs, and towels. You just need to bring an umbrella. The hosts were very responsive. Overall, a great vacation. '

'Host was very responsive when elevator did not work and it was fixed within a day. Easy, close walk to beach. Beautiful ocean view from the house. Lots of beach chairs and toys were available. Would like to have a bit more variety in the style of glass drink-ware ie cocktail glasses. Overall beds were comfortable but the top floor bedroom has a very soft mattress. Overall a very nice home with an excellent location. '

'We had a great time at Seas the Day. Couldn’t ask for a more responsive host! Great location, and easy to get to the house and the beach. Too hot for much use of the hot tub, but some of us did get in. Loved the lights and speaker. Smaller than expected, but still plenty of room for the 10 of us. Note that you have to go through one of two bed rooms to get to the room with the twin beds. Works well if they are your kids. Great view of the double rainbow on our last evening. '
