'The first thing you notice about the house when you walk in is the great clean smell and comfort of the air without the high humidity. The house is a perfect size for my family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All you need for a great stay is provided. There are beach chairs, beach cart, and boogie boards plus 2 coolers. We only used the cart to take our stuff to the bottom of the steps in the morning and to bring it back in the afternoon. The house is located in a low-key area that is not so...

It's far enough away from everything but close enough to where you can go out and about if you so desire. Even when the weather is not so nice, having the balcony to be able to still enjoy the ocean view is wonderful.'

'The check in was super easy. It is a nice house in a great location. There were a few things different from any stays I've had before: food in the fridge and cupboards, a full dish of pet food in the middle of the kitchen floor, empty beer can in the sink, the upstairs was blocked off but the lights were on and a window was open (which was odd to come back to at night), no binder with info inclucing wifi password, if we needed to strip beds, etc. One bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean...

'It was a little hot and the front door needs changed for easier access. The room was very spacious. Also great access to Swansboro. For the money would for sure stay again. '

'Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.'
