'Our host, Tyler, made our stay very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! The house, a 2 bed 2 bath with air conditioning, laundry, and a driveway, was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the ping pong table, basketball game, and puzzles. This house gave us easy access to Zion National Park, which we were visiting for the first time. Tyler was very responsive and attentive. I would highly recommend you consider this house for your stay near Zion! '

'Easy check-in and a great stay! The view from the roof deck was spectacular, esp at sunrise/sunset. The host was accommodating and available! The drive to Zion and other nearby parks was reasonable and beautiful. We recommend the Smithsonian Butte to anyone with the appropriate vehicle!'

'No actual bedrooms and only one with a door for the small guest room and loft beds. Only one bathroom which was difficult with 6 people. The house was clean. The host was great. Lits of stairs if you're handicapped. '

'This was a great base location for hiking/sightseeing Mount Zion and Bryce Canyon. The "cabin" (luxury house) was more than we expected based on the listing.
