Blokhutten in Scottish Highlands

'The room was advertised as having a bedroom and washer. There was only 1 room with a pull out couch and there was no washer. It was an okay room but you had to crawl over your partner to go to the bathroom at night. The pull out couch went wall to wall.'

'Nice and quiet. Nice area for walking'

'This is a VIP cabin in the middle of heaven. The surrounding looks like it's out of a nature postcard. Location is very convinient to explore Skye, assuming you have a car. You do need one to stay at this cabin.'

'Review for Seaview Cabins, Dunbeath We stayed at the charming Seaview Cabins, perched on the hillside overlooking the stunning Dunbeath coastline, and absolutely loved it. The cabin was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need – all within a compact and cosy space. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed. 'Amazing pod and outstanding location. '

One suggestion for the property is to add a mirror over the bathroom sink. The mirror on the opposite wall isn’t as practical. Beautiful views and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!'

'A cosy cabin decorated beautifully. Everything you’d needle for a night or two away exploring the area. '

'The camp is a peaceful place and very well kept, the hut was great for a short stay, the communication with the agent was second to none, Jamie was very helpful with any queries we had regarding the property. Our children really enjoyed staying on an old prisoner of war camp and found it really exciting. The hut was clean and tidy and had everything we required to make our stay comfortable. Overall I would recommend and would return. '

'I was looking for something different and this really fit the bill. I was travelling with my husband and 2 adult sons. The boys took the twin beds, that left my husband and I on the sofa bed. As with all sofa beds, it was very uncomfortable and squeaky. We felt every spring all night. If feasible, bring a duvet to sleep on and use the provided one to sleep under. The museum is interesting but closed on a Tuesday and Wednesday as is the little cafe. I would stay again but probably book 2 huts so...
