'I looked forward to our stay and had a nice correspondence with the host at first. The place is spacious and the location is good if you are there for the water and amusement parks. It unfortunately did not feel professionally cleaned and various things were in disrepair or just dirty. I tried to mention it to the host but got no reply. '

'Joe was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is clean, well-stocked with essentials, and very comfortable. When I needed an extra night with short notice, he was willing to help right away. The house was solid, nothing fancy, but has a great pool table and games. We loved the hot tub. It served us well for our Thanksgiving family reunion!'

'The parking rules should be states before renting this unit. You are allowed 1 car but can reserve the house up to 10 people. Normally cars do not carry 10 people. Therefore common sense would dictate we may have more than one vehicle. I was told there would be parking outside and there was not. We parked about a mile away from the house and had to walk back.I was not given the code to the door or instructions on time. The beds are harder than the pavement outside. The home was clean and spacious and easily accommodated our group of 17. Check in and communication with the host were smooth and straightforward throughout the process.
