'A nice family on-the-road stop. Highlights: easy access, quiet through the night, comfortable bed. Lowlights: 2 minute noodles were in the kettle from the last client, and the adjoining brick wall had about 4 or 5 finger-sized holes drilled into the brickwork, which were really a bit odd/creepy. We blocked them up with paper in case they were cameras? More likely just nail holes for artwork, although a bit low for that… but surely there’s a reasonable explanation. Other than that, would book...

'I picked up the room key about 17.30 but did not move into the room until about 21.00 by which time reception was closed. On a cold wet, night I could not get the heater to work and the TV I could not get commercial channels. Otherwise everything was ok.'
