'A friend was looking after the property, she was Brilliant on the ball and great sense of humour. Knew what she was doing , checking in was a breeze. A loose screw on drapes popped off, we let house keeping know. It was fixed right away. Not first time stayed at this property. So, we will be back. 😀'

'Convenient location for event happening nearby (Newcastle Hockey). Quiet at night for the most part. Comfortable beds - good sleep! Stayed 2 weeks in reasonable comfort. Room service food options are limited - everything is walking distance so do that instead.'

'Stayed overnight for a concert nearby. The staff were wonderful in welcoming us & assisting with arranging a shuttle bus to and from the venue. Food was very good & the accommodation very comfortable & clean. Will definitely stay there again. Such a good experience '
