'Clean and functional, had all I needed, microwave and smart tv and I’m set. Powerful shower and lovely owners, will stay here for sure next time'

'The room was very well set up with microwave and fridges, and cutlery, crockery for 3. Also a small table with chairs so very easy to organise your own breakfast. Blackout curtains were excellent but a Venetian on the car parks ideal let in a lit of light from the very well lit carpark. Overall comfort was slightly diminished for a light sensitive sleeper.'

'Have loved this hotel for many years and look forward to visiting when we are in the area. The beds are soooo comfortable and we love the house, the quality touches like the beautiful decor, the complimentary loose leaf tea and coffee machine and the breakfast balcony. Such a special experience to visit Morpeth.'

'Great value hotel in a lovely location with views over Newcastle harbour. Very modern vibe with great tech features in the room. Breakfast at the Monte cafe was excellent. Would recommend for a short stay in Newcastle. Only negative for us was the beds were too soft and air con quite loud, so had to turn off to sleep. Otherwise excellent. '

'Staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Only thing which needs to be updated are the towels, they are very thin, small and old. We did get woken up by carpet cleaners, was very loud, which was also annoying. '

'Spacious room. Clean. Pool towels provided. Lot’s of activities around. What bothered me were the families with screaming kids, claiming their pool seats at 6:30 AM. Extremely pathetic of you are like that. Breakfast is way too expensive for what is offered. '

'Staff were amazing. John was super friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Great value for money we stayed in the Family room which was roomy clean with a nice bathroom. Easy access to airport and John let us leave the car at the motel while we travel to Bali, saving expensive airport parking fees. One of his staff even dropped us at the airport. Highly recommend for short stay if flying out of Newcastle Airport. '

'This place is good for an overnight stay. The AC, linen and bathroom were clean. Parking is quite tight and not many available. If you're sensitive to noise it's not ideal as it's not very soundproof and you can hear people walking along the corridors or opening and closing room doors etc. '
