'The property was clean, quiet, and bug free on the inside. It was definitely Michigan weather. Air conditioning in the morning and heat at night. Lol. The lake was pretty and the loons were singing at night and in the morning. At night you havr a great view of the northern sky. No dark sky park needed. Firewood and charcoal seemed to be provided, which was a really nice amenity. It was a short trip so sadly we didn't use any of it. Next time we'll come for a week. Rent cabin 7 if you want a dock...

'Beach front cabin could not be beat for location and the cabin was clean and a great home base for all things Mackinaw city within walking distance, including the ferry to Mackinac Island. Beach is rocky in places, so be sure to bring some good water shoes! Access to the amenities of the nearby hotels was also a nice bonus, although some of the hotel facilities are a bit dated and have some deferred maintenance. 'The fridge froze everything solid. There was no broom to sweep the dirt out of the cabin. But the location was beautiful. The cabin was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing. We didnt have no wood for the burn pit which the add on line saud it was provided. I would stsy again but i would definitely ask for a broom and then make sure the fridge worked properly. '
