The whole house had a heating system set at an inconveniently low temperature and one cannot put to it higher value. Myself and later another tenant had to wait one hour each over the phone right at the doorstep in order to make calls and get the drop box room key as well as the main door electronic lock fixed. '

'Checkin , parking and the apt were terrific - very large space. walkable to Jericho and central Oxford - or bike-able. Near the canal walk and close to Port Meadow. Possibly one of the better locations in Oxford. The apartment is modern and well equipped but there were just a few negative points more for the owners to repair. I don't normally post negatives but I think this flat/apt is def worth it with a few minor tweaks There were lights that didn't work in the bathrooms just needed...
