'This property was perfect for our stay! It was clean and quite spacious and came equipped with everything we needed. The location is great, right next to the King and Queen's shopping centers, so you could walk to the store or to grab quick bite. Also just 10 or so minutes from the best beaches on the island. The unit had almost all of the beach necessities you need, except for a beach umbrella, so plan accordingly. The beautiful community pool is a big plus if you are traveling with kids! '

'The condo was clean, comfortably and luxe. We were impressed with all the rooms, including decor and accessories. Great location for walking, relaxing by the pool or just a base in between visiting all the island has to offer. Would definitely recommend!'

'Absolutely spectacular residence on Puako Beach. The photos and descriptions just don’t do this place justice. From the owner (Gail) to the concierge (Niki), communication couldn’t have been better. Mind as well have been a Four Seasons. The house is immaculate and is so well equipped we rarely wanted to leave. We traveled with multi generations (grandparents / parents / younger children) and all found things we love. The patio (lanai) should be in a magazine, with views that are incredible....

'Absolutely perfect. This is without question the best possible combination of location, cleanliness, quality accommodation and outstanding service by the proprietors. The ocean is just steps away, the loudest noise is the ocean, yet attractions are easily reached. We will definitely return if we can.'

'Gem of a condo, gem as a golf cart but best of all a GEM of a host. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Lots of extras like loads of toilet paper and paper towels, bathroom towels and shower goodies. Can’t miss on this one. I’m down for January! Enjoy '

'This is a comfortable home in a quiet Waimea neighborhood. There’s a beautiful pasture behind the house with a few cows roaming around. It’s a very short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and farmers’ markets. It’s a great location for accessing both sides of the island. It is a bit of a drive to Volcano NP, but still doable. The beautiful Kohala beaches are also close by. We were also close to some great hiking trails. So all in all, this is a great jumping off point for most of the island. '

We usually stay in the busier central areas, but I loved (actually preferred) how tucked-away Puako was —a true escape to peace and quiet. 'Excellent property, very private and spacious. Great neighborhood with good walks. Best nearby beaches.Good value for a large group - we were 9 and could have had more. We did not use the Ohana which would handle more folks. Pool much better than we had expected - it is one of the best small pools we have experienced. Bring USB adapters.'

'This was very unique, nice, and clean property. The pool was nice and warm enough to swim and the hot tub was good and hot. The fish pond was full of beautiful fish. Nice view from the second story too.'

'As advertised. The view and ambience is incredible- The highlight of our days was coming back here to swim and soak in the mountains and ocean views. And watch the sunset! The house is very well stocked, the care instructions are clear, and the owners are communicative if needed. It might seem far from some amenities, but not prohibitively so. We used the house as a base for exploring the island and had a wonderful stay.Thank you! We can’t wait to return! '
