'We booked through Expedia and selected indoor pool as we were traveling with kids. This hotel popped up so we booked it. We get there and the pool is down until December. No signage in motel of this at all. We asked how to get into pool and that is when we are told closed until December. You have to search extra amenities to see pool closed which if I am selecting indoor pool and the hotel pops up I am not going to go searching to confirm its open. 'We had high expectations for this hotel. This hotel exceeded those expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and enhanced our experience further. The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. Overall, this hotel was one of the best properties I have stayed at, and would recommend all visitors to Dallas to stay at this hotel.'
