'The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very nice and professional. The only thing that I noticed was not having a towel to step on the floor when getting out of the shower. We did have 3 big towels to use.'

'The smell of mildew was very heavy from the first day AC was so dirty it's barely functional. Not to mention the door never shut securely and you could see completely around the whole door. Sheets never got changed the whole 3 weeks we were there. Never picked up dirty towels and replaced with clean. Never cleaned the room we did our own cleaning just so we could be comfortable and my cats whom are indoor only cats now have flees!!!!'
