'Place was very cosy particularly the heaters on cold winters day. Location was ideal, just of the highway, 4k to city centre, on arriving very tired fish and chip store only 2 doors away and then after a long day at Sovreign Hill the next day just 8 doors the other way to the pub. Very clean. I certainly recommend this property.'

'We absolutely loved this property - it had the old feel of the original cottage but was beautifully renovated but had everything we needed for a modern ,comfortable stay There wasn’t anything that hadn’t been thought of - all the modern appliances, luxurious bathroom products and bedding and even a few books and games for the kids .communication the Bree the owner was excellent We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends '

It was warm and cozy during Ballarat winter season and the photos turned out to be absolutely stunning in the cute country cottage setting. Amazing stay and great communication from Kylie. 'This property (with three rentals) is incredibly delightful. Each cottage is very separate with views looking in different directions which gave us a 100% feel of being the only ones there.
