The walls are very thin and people speaking in the corridor sound like they are in your room. You can also hear everything outside. Did not have a good night's sleep and would not book to stay here again. »

« Winchelsea is a fascinating historic place. The ancient New Inn is a central part of it. For a night's stay it's fine: our room was comfortable enough and had a good view. Breakfast and supper offered average pub fare. What the New Inn really needs is fresh investment: the public areas are tired and e.g. our TV/ remote was worn out. »
