'They let me store my luggage the day I checked in early so I didn't have to drag it along all day. After I checked out my flight was cancelled and they let me store it again no charge for 8 hrs or more. They are very accommodating to your needs as well. Very friendly service clean room. I would definitely stay again if I'm out here. '

'Hotel ligt op goede locatie om downtown Seattle te bezoeken en heeft een gezellige lounge/bar. Wel wordt bij het inchecken medegedeeld dat er geen kamerservice is. We verbleven 3 nachten en geen enkele dag is iets opgeruimd of schoongemaakt. '

'Hotel was amazing ! The parking was not good and they charged $15 for it and had to park very far in the back ! Breakfast buffet in the AM was nice but very small for choices - was very nice the mall and restaurants were all within walking distance . The Starfire sports complex was 5 mins from hotel made that nice for going back and forth for games . '
