« Brandon was very kind to allow us access to our rental early. We had just flown in from overseas and were exhausted. The condo was clean well stocked with all the necessities. We were a bit confused with parking but he helped us with that too. We had a very nice stay, were able to walk to the Market and Sky Needle. The location was perfect, easy access to everything we needed. We will definately be back!!! »

« Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.The unit was clean and very comfortable for two people. It had central heating and an AC unit if you stay in the hotter months. « The balcony is awesome. You have the needle on one side and a partial ocean view on the other side. The place is perfect. Very clean and roomy. All the comforts of home. The beds are so comfortable. We slept like babies. The views are great. The host was great. Great Communication. There is a new bar right next door if you need a drink. We will definitely stay here again. »

« Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! »

« My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! »
